1. History of the Christmas tree
Evergreen trees symbolize endurance and eternal life. Throughout the history various rituals marked the winter solstice. Today , the decorated pine tree is the main symbol of Christmas.

2. Making Christmas decorations for the tree
Under the guidance of the teacher, the students made wooden decorations for the Christmas tree, developing creativity, coordination and environmental awareness. They also applied mathematical knowledge.
